"If I suck your d*** can I get the job?”

‘I said, “If I suck your d*** can I get the job?” And he said, ‘Of course’. It was very simple,’ she told a UK newspaper.

Sharon, who has rejoined the show for it’s tenth series after Tulisa Constavlos was axed from the panel, also told the newspaper: ‘I am the best — it is the truth.

The veteran talent show judge quit the X-Factor in 2007 and fell out with Simon after he moaned about her – famously claiming the show boss had ‘small penis syndrome.’

‘I only said that because he said he didn’t like working with me in his book,’ Sharon told reporters today.

I couldn’t have the bands. I couldn’t remember any f*****’s names

But she agreed to return to the show back in March after a dinner with Simon and a reported £1.8 million pay deal.

The judge was known for her rivalry with fellow judges during previous series and had frequent spats with Dannii Minougue, but she said the same won’t happen with current judge Nicole Scherzinger.

‘It is not going to happen because if anyone had done their homework they would know she was my guest at judges’ homes. We have been friends for years,’ she said.

And as for the incident involving Louis and a glass of water, Sharon said: ‘He was fine about it, that wasn’t fighting,’ she said, adding: ‘Then the next day he said, “Don’t do it again because I don’t have any shirts!”’

But when it comes the battle of ‘best dressed’ judge, Sharon says there’s no contest: ‘Please. All my stuff is one-of-a-kind couture, don’t be ridiculous. Next question,’ she said.

The judges have now finished filming the closed auditions and Sharon says that it’s the bands who have the most talent this year… but doesn’t want them in her category!

She said: ‘I couldn’t have the bands. I couldn’t remember any f*****’s names. I get confused. “And who are you?” Really.

‘Too many people — ridiculous. Five and six people in a band. Who can deal with that? One person’s name is enough.’
