The actress and her longterm boyfriend J.J. Feild are to become parents for the second time, reports US Magazine.
A source told the website: "They've always wanted more than one child.
"They want Caspian to have a sibling."
The news comes shortly after 40-year-old Neve Campbell was seen out sporting what seemed to be a small baby bump.

Though the couple - who welcomed son Caspian in 2012 - are very private with their personal lives, Neve went on The Talk in December 2012 to speak about her son and his unusual name.

The star, whose own name is her mother's maiden name, said: "I liked the idea of a unique name.
"It's nice having something special and different and so I wanted something like that for our son."
We guess that means, if the reports are true, that they'll be looking through the baby name book again soon!
