Party loving Geordie Scotty T has been crowned the winner of Celebrity Big Brother. Last night, millions tuned in to watch Scotty being named as the winner of the Channel 5 reality show, as Stephanie Davis landed second place.
In an emotional interview with host Emma Willis, Stephanie opened up about her behaviour in the house. The former Hollyoaks actress had been slammed by her critics for seemingly cheating on her boyfriend Sam Reece with her fellow housemate Jeremy McConnell, but last night she hinted it wasn’t as simple as it first appeared.
“If everything was sweet at home then it wouldn't have been like that,” Stephanie said. “I was just accepting the love that I was given. I think beforehand I was in love with the idea of being in love. I think that's why I stuck with somebody who hurt me and it was toxic.”
Jeremy was waiting to greet Stephanie as she walked out and she later gushed over their blossoming romance, telling Emma: “He just made me feel like I've never felt before and made me feel that bit of worth. He is the best thing going.”
Scotty also talked about his romance with Megan McKenna. The pair were very flirty throughout this series and he revealed that he slowed down their relationship because he wanted to see where it could lead. But, in true Scotty style, he did it in the least romantic way.
“It was tough walking around with a semi on for about four weeks,” Scotty said after he was unveiled as the winner. “Megan's an unbelievable girl. I didn't want to rush in to anything. I was being a gentleman.”
