Kourtney, 34, gave birth to son Reign just over a week ago. Despite Scott’s shock over their third pregnancy, it seems he is over the moon with his partner of 8 years and their growing family.
In a newly released deleted scene from their reality show Kourtney and Kim take the Hamptons, Scott says: "I'll say after all this time and all these years we've been together, she can still surprise me and still lighten up my day and my heart."
The birth of baby son Reign comes after a turbulent year for the couple.
This time last year, Scott was being forced to cope with the sudden loss of both his mother and father within months of each other.
He struggled to cope with his grief and was shown in the family’s reality show as a shadow of his former self.
Scott, 31, sought solace in partying in an attempt to numb the grief, leading Kourtney to give him a final ultimatum to seek help for his issues.
She said: "You're either going to be away for a month - or be away from them [the children] forever."
Now it seems the family have been given a new lease of life with their newest arrival, who is younger brother to their son Mason, 5, and daughter Penelope, 2.
