Scarlett Moffatt has shared an incredible letter on how she's helped a fan who suffers from Alzheimer's disease
The former Gogglebox star retweeted a letter a journalist received from someone whose sister in law has Downs Syndrome and suffers from Alzheimer's.
In the letter, Tony (who wrote the message) explains how his 62-year-old sister in law Marian is a huge fan of pop music and regularly follows the magazine the journalist writes for.
He explains that although his family continues to buy the magazine "she sadly now struggles with identifying the artists in the magazine".
Tony admitted that she still "enjoys looking at the pictures" in the magazine, before revealing that one magazine cover in particular shines out to her – Scarlett Moffatt's.
Opening up in the emotional letter, he went on to reveal that his sister in law finds "great comfort" from the magazine issue which features Scarlett on the cover.
He wrote :"[She] will carry on conversations with her picture while listening to her favourite music on her CD player.
"She will talk to the picture and get a meaningful response from her and it has a very calming effect on her; much better than any medication."

He concludes the letter by asking the journalist whether they could send his family a copy of the magazine cover because their current one is falling apart.
Since then, We Love Pop magazine have confirmed that they've sent Marian a "whole bunch of magazine and a chromalin of Scarlett's cover."
How lovely!
Gogglebox fans were recently left devastated after Scarlett's former co-star Sandra Martin revealed that she has quit the Channel 4 show to pursue other opportunities.
