Scarlett Moffatt hits back at fan who tells her to ‘be herself’

After being targeted by trolls on Instagram, Scarlett Moffatt has decided to take the situation into her own hands.

Taking to the social media site, the Gogglebox star fired back at a fan who claimed her selfies weren't representative of what she really looked like.

Scarlett's follower commented on her latest photo, writing, "Please be yourself and put pics of the real you on insta. Youre gorgeous scatlett but this is not a true likeness sorry."

So Ant and Dec's pal rightly defended herself, denying that she looked any different in real life.

"This is me and it annoys me when people say otherwise," she wrote.

"I'm 5 foot I don't edit pics just put filters - tv makes me look different to be honest!! Stop it with the negativity man."

After the former I'm A Celeb star appeared on Ant and Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway, fans began suggesting she had gained weight recently and that her pictures were edited.

Since firing back, many have stepped forward to defend the reality TV star and congratulate her on looking fab.

"Well done Scarlet positive mental attitude and you look amazing," one wrote, while another added, "Your fab Scarlett and total girl goals".

The comments come after Scarlett's fitness DVD came under fire after it emerged that the reason behind her drastic weight loss was an intense fitness bootcamp that saw her survive on just 700 calories a day and hours of intense exercise.
