Since her incredible weight transformation - which saw the 26-year-old drop from a size 16 to a slim size 10 – Scarlett has now revealed her little sister has something to do with her decision lose weight: "I have a ten-year-old sister [Ava] and I wanted to set a good example. I lost weight to be healthy, not for any other reason.
"I never felt bad about being overweight, but I did start to feel tired and out of breath and I knew I needed to do something," she told You magazine.
The I'm A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here winner also hit back at online trolls who claim she's lost too much weight: "I'm definitely not too thin. I'm back to the weight I was before I started when I was on Gogglebox.
"When I was dancing all the time I was a size eight. I'm now a ten."
This isn't the first time Scarlett has been called out for being "too skinny", last year fans expressed their concern after she posted a selfie on Instagram.

The Gogglebox star also opened up about bumping into someone who bullied her at school. When Scarlett was 11 she suffered from Bell's Palsey which left one half of her face temporarily paralysed after she had a bike accident. It resulted in her teeth smashing into the handlebars and the reality star had to have yellow caps on her teeth. As you can probably imagine she had a hard time at school.
She previously explained to The Sun that she was allowed to leave school 10 minutes earlier so she didn't get beat up and now Scarlett has spoken about a recent encounter with one of her bullies.
During a recent shopping trip to Asda, one of the girls who bullied Scarlett explained to the Gogglebox star how her daughters think she's cool because she'd been friends with Scarlett at school. However, Scarlett gave her a reality check: "When she used the F-word – the 'friend' word – I was shocked. I told her that we'd never been friends and that she'd been a bully who had destroyed my confidence and ruined my time at school.
"I told her I hoped her two daughters would never go through what I'd gone through or have to deal with anyone like her.
"I put down my basket, walked out of there and felt like cheering."
Go Scarlett!
