Una told a Women's Fitness magazine: ‘my abs were the hardest part to tone after pregnancy.

The singer revealed how getting back in shape was far from her main priorities after giving birth to daughter Aoife Belle, now 2.

She said: ‘how you look is the last thing on your mind when you have a baby.’

Una revealed that she finds exercise DVDs are the perfect way to fit exercise into her busy schedule.

The star says that performing with the band helps keep her in shape.

She said: ‘at the moment I love Jillian Michaels’ 30 Day Shred as it’s really intense. It’s perfect for me because, as a mum, it’s difficult for me to get to the gym all the time.’

Una admitted that going back to work with girl band The Saturdays helped her snap back into shape.

'Dancing and performing keeps me fit. I don’t have a personal trainer at the moment, but if I was working towards a goal then I’d get one – not just to help me get fit, but to stop me running out of breath when I’m on stage!’
