Sarah Harding is one of the most striking women in showbiz, but last week, the former Girls Aloud star made headlines for all the wrong reasons when her dramatically different profile saw people accuse her of having too much surgery and looking beyond her 33 years.

One online critic wrote: “To have all this treatment at a young age is ridiculous,” while another added: “Why would anyone as beautiful as Sarah have plastic surgery?”

A source says: “Sarah freaks out about her face – she doesn’t feel she’s ageing well.”

Surgeon Mark Ho-Asjoe tells Closer: “It looks like Sarah’s had Botox treatments as her skin is smooth and shiny. Her lips look enhanced, suggesting she may have had fillers to make them plumper and the area around her mouth and nose is almost completely flat – resulting in a very frozen look.”

And top surgeon Alex Kardis tells Closer there are serious risks of having too much too young. He says: “No cosmetic surgery is medically necessary. Nowadays, younger and younger women are coming to me, ladies in their early 30s are after Botox and fillers when they simply don’t need it.”
