**Sarah, 34, is said to be smitten with 21-year-old Benjamin Costain, despite the 13-year age gap. **

According to sources, the former Girls Aloud singer met Benjamin at a football match last year, and spent a lot of time at his parents home, where he lives, over the festive period.

An insider told The Sun: “Sarah doesn’t care about the age gap. Even the fact Benjamin lives with his parents didn’t put her off as she occasionally sneaked into his bedroom.”

Sarah is currently in Austria taking part in Channel 4’s The Jump, so she’s said to have cooled things off with Benjamin for now – but hopes to pick up where they left off once she returns.

The insider added: “They have a good laugh together and get on really well. There’s no reason why their relationship can’t kick on when she’s back in the UK.”

In July last year Sarah split from boyfriend of eight-months Jason, with their busy schedules apparently getting in the way of their budding romance.

She’s enjoyed flings with former lothario Calum Best and DJ Tom Crane, and even got engaged to the latter.

But, following her split from Tom in 2011, Sarah’s partying spiralled out of control and she checked into rehab.

It looks like things are only getting better for Sarah, after a seres of setbacks last year.

Her appearance on ITV’s Coronation Street was heavily criticised by viewers, and debut single Threads failed to chart.

But feisty Sarah is loving her time on The Jump, saying: “I’m a bit nervous but mainly just excited. I can ski moderately well anyway, and people don’t realise how sporty I am. Actually, I’m a bit of an adrenaline junkie and a Speedy Gonzales!”
