The Girls Aloud singer admitted that she admires Cheryl’s way of getting what she wants and insists she definitely knows how to.

Sarah, 32, addressed rumours that 30-year-old Cheryl wants to be the only female judge on this year’s show, telling a UK magazine: “I think it depends on how much she’s got Simon [Cowell] wrapped round her little finger!

“Cheryl’s brilliant at that. She can be a brat. I love her, but she can be a brat.”

Sarah, who is getting ready to launch her solo career, also admitted that she was too thin while in the band, saying: “I was too skinny when I was with the girls, it was aging.”

Now though, she indulges in treats and keeps in shape like many other stars using the juicing diet.

She said: “I’ve caught the juicing bug. I love being in the kitchen and cooking and creating juices and smoothies everyday.

She thanks her obsession with making juices for her toned figure

“I love anything green and I make my own juices packed with kale, parsley, cucumber, courgettes, apples, plus spirulina and chlorella. If I want to fill myself up I will add ice and half and avocado. It looks gross, but it tastes great.”

She might be addicted to her juices, but Sarah revealed she doesn’t deny herself sweet things, and her fans keep her stocked up.

“I have a naughty cupboard at home,” she said. “With Skittles and Haribo from my fans who know I love them.”
