She rose to fame hosting The Big Breakfast but, 15 years on Sara Cox reveals to Closer she’s not worried about ageing in the spotlight. In fact the presenter, 38, who has children, Issac, five, and Renee, three, with husband Ben Cyzer, and Lola, nine, from her first marriage to DJ Jon Carter, believed she’s never looked better.

She says: "I feel fine about turning 40 next year – I’m in the best shape I’ve ever been. When I was in my twenties I was skinny with fat in all the wrong places. If I didn’t have my job, the man of my dreams and three healthy children, being 40 would affect how I feel, but I’m in a brilliant place. I’d have to be self-obsessed to worry about it!”

Family is very important to Sara but as a working mum she admits that sometimes it is hard to keep in touch with her kids when she is away. She explains “I am loving the VTech Kid Connect app which I have downloaded onto my smart phone. It allows me to send messages to Lola’s InnoTab 3S when I am away from her. Just yesterday I helped her with her French homework and learnt what goldfish was in French!”
