They may not appear on The Only Way Is Essex together anymore, but Sam’s latest throwback proves their friendship runs a lot deeper.
The 24-year-old posted a snap to Twitter showing her and Ferne on a beach with a friend – 10 years ago,
While Sam looks exactly the same now as she did back then, Ferne, also 24, is almost unrecognisable.
Sam wrote: “Check out my Burberry bikini… 10 years ago [sic].”
Ferne, although cringing at the throwback, acknowledged that Sam was as super-fit then as she is now.
She said: “Use two had abs at 14! [sic].”
Sam has spent the last week showing off her enviable bikini body, as she enjoyed a break to LA with friend Luisa Zissman.
The two ladies flaunted their amazing figures in a number of stylish two pieces, all against a stunning Los Angeles backdrop.
But Sam and Luisa’s trip wasn’t all play – it is believed they were there to sign a very lucrative business deal.
They are reportedly now the faces – and bodies – of Protein World, netting them a cool £1 million for a year.
