Billie and her fiancé Greg Shepherd have reportedly settled on a name, but have not yet made it public.
The TOWIE star hinted that the name Elizabeth might be an option, with the traditional name being popular with the Faiers clan.
Billie gave birth last week, just a few days after she appeared on TOWIE.
The reality star shared a picture with fans prior to the birth showing her and Greg ‘taking a long walk’ to try and help induce labour.
