TOWIE OG and Mummy Diaries star Sam Faiers has sparked rumours she’s finally engaged to long-term partner Paul Knightley as eagle eyed fans spotted what looked like an engagement ring on her ring finger on a recent Instagram post.
Taking to the platform to share a series of photos from a luxury trip to Beaverbrook spa, favoured by such celeb couples as Wayne and Frankie Bridge and Millie Mackintosh and Hugo Taylor, Sam wrote, “We both enjoyed a very relaxing day at the spa today☺️ (finally some alone time, it’s only been 7 months 😆).
“A little early bday surprise for Paul 🎉 #iloveyou #spaday #relax 🧖♀🧖♂”.
And while some fans were smitten with the decadent surroundings, others were more interested in Sam’s finger bling.

“Omg are you engaged!!!! I see a ring 😍,” said one commenter, while another wrote, “I see a ring 💍👀 can’t wait for the next series.”
Not everyone was convinced, though, with one writing, “I think the image is reversed. She wears her bracelet on her right hand in other pics x,” and another agreeing, “Where do you see a ring? Paul is too comfortable he will never propose 😢.”

Last September Sam opened up exclusively to Closer online about hoping that Paul would pop the question “soon-ish”, saying, “We talk about marriage all the time really. We've been together five years, have two kids and have had a few moves.
“So much has happened and now we're finally settled and know that this is where we're going to live forever and Little Paul starts school, I think it's a good time.”
She added, “There's so much pressure for him to propose so I feel like it's going to be when no one is expecting it, including me!
“It's going to be the most unexpected time and place so I actually do not know.”
Who is Paul Knightley?
Paul is Sam's long-term boyfriend and the father or her two kids, Rosie and Paul Jr.
Paul Sr is a business man and real estate developer, and has been with Sam since 2014, after meeting at Essex's famous Sheesh restaurant shortly after her split from TOWIE co-star Joey Essex.
Were Sam Faiers and Joey Essex engaged?
Sam and Joey were engaged for a brief time in 2013, before calling off their engagement over a number of rows in Marbella that summer.
There were rumours he was going to propose again the following year, but the couple never made it down the aisle.
Speaking to Closer back in 2014, Sam said, “If Joey proposed, it would be a surprise put it that way! It’s not on the cards. Me and Joey were in a whirlwind romance before and we did rush into everything – including the engagement.”
