The 23-year-old reality star admitted that she missed having big boobs after her breasts ‘shrunk’ following her dramatic weight loss last year.
The star lost weight through regular gym sessions but also lost a stone and a half due to suffering symptoms from Crohn’s disease.
‘The downside is I've lost my boobs a bit,’ the star told Fabulous.
‘I was a 34DD and now my 32D bra gapes. Boobs are important, but you can't have it all, can you?'
Sam recently quit TOWIE and bid an emotional farewell to the Essex based drama in the show’s recent series 11 finale.
The star reportedly left the show to focus on her relationship with boyfriend Joey Essex, who she reconciled with after a year apart.
Sam hasn’t had any plastic surgery but wouldn’t rule out a boob job in the future- especially after having children.
‘I want four children, so after that if they're deflated and like udders, yeah!'
She continued: ‘I'm not against surgery, but I haven't had any yet.’
