She’s recently been showing off her slim figure on holiday in Dubai, and the self-confessed reformed party animal Sam Faiers has said it’s due to cutting down on booze.
Sam, 24, told Closer: “I’ve cut down on alcohol because it used to make me bloated. I was a party girl from the age of 17 and I drank a lot when I was on TOWIE.
“If I know I’m going away, I cut it out completely because it makes me feel thinner.”
Sam, who has been dating Essex businessman Paul Day since November, said it’s been an easy thing to ditch as Paul doesn’t drink, and that it’s not the only vice she’s been avoiding, saying: “ I used to smoke socially. It’s not something I’m proud of, but I haven’t smoked for eight months and that’s been a massive help, too.”
