The Ann Summers model is looking in much better shape compared to earlier this year, when she was hospitalised with a mystery illness.
Sam was later diagnosed with Crohn’s disease, but she had already lost over a stone and a half in weight.

Joey returned to Sam’s side after a 10-month break from their relationship and the couple confirmed that they were back together earlier this year.
