Sam Faiers has opened up to her Instagram followers and revealed she's starting a "detox/healthy eating/no refined sugar/exercising daily regime" - her words, not ours.
The Mummy Diaries star shared her meal plan for the day and confessed she's "not following anything specific" before going on to say, "just taking each day as it comes doing my own thing".
She then revealed everything she had eaten throughout the day.
"Today... lemon and honey warm drink, followed by a shake for breakfast.
"Lunchtime I had an omelette with chilli flakes, tomatoes and garlic."
Sam then went on to add, "Dinner I had salmon with an avocado salad oh and I had a banana earlier (and of course plenty of water) and 1 almond milk coffee".
The mum-of-two to Paul, four, and Rosie, two, revealed that she's keeping a food and drink diary and has taken a before picture and weighed herself and hinted that she'll share her results with her followers.
Despite being in lockdown Sam has kept her fitness up and even shared one of her workout routines on her IGTV.
Sam's boyfriend Paul Knightley has previously opened up and admitted he has gained four stone since they started dating.
During an episode of The Mummy Diaries, the pair recreated their first ever date which was when Paul made his revelation.
After Sam asked, "Do you know what's going to be different from our selfie when we take it?!''
Paul was quick to say, "Me being four stone heavier? Look how slim my face is!"
Sam hit back and insisted, "No! I was just going to say, us looking older. But I think with you, it's not really your face, it's because you've gone so grey.
"So when you look at old pictures, people go: 'Paul looks so much younger,' but it's not, it's because your hair is grey."
But Paul was having none of it and said, "It's not, it's being slimmer makes you look younger as well."
