Mum-of-three Sam, 37, was responding to Katie's remarks this week that being in the store made her feel dirty.

Sam, who recently welcomed her first daughter, Miley, tweeted today: "Katie Hopkins said that shopping at Primark made her feel dirty!! I think having sex in a public place is pretty dirty too!! #potkettleblack

"I for one quite like @Primark ! great for kids and easy on the purse strings!! #normalmummy [sic]"

Commenting yesterday, Katie said: "I just walked down the street with a Primark bag. Haven't felt this dirty since the time I woke up next to one of my best mate's dads [sic]"

This isn't the first time Sam and Katie have clashed. While Sam was competing on the X Factor last year, Katie labelled her a 'fat mum in a jumpsuit'.

When Sam announced her third pregnancy at the end of last year, Katie predicted she would be 'the size of a tour bus'.

At the time, Sam hit back. She said: "With Katie I just say bored, bored, bored, bored, generally bored of everything that woman says to be honest.

"At the end of the day she wants to make a living out of putting people down, she'll be a very guilty woman when she goes to he death bed."
