Who’s that girl? Thor 2 actress Jaimie Alexander dazzles in daring see through dress on the red carpet

She wowed crowds at the Thor 2 premiere last night, pulling off an incredible black and mesh dress that reveals the majority of her chest, stomach and thigh, but just who is this divine creature?

The 29-year-old American was a relative unknown until playing Sif in Thor and Thor 2, but had a succesful role in TV series Kyle XY, and guest appearances in CSI and It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia.

It seems all eyes will be on her now however, after she attended the El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood wearing the most jaw-dropping look in the room (and that's quite a difficuly feat considering the competition from Hemsworth brothers, and co-star Kat Dennings!)

The brunette actress, who refers to herself as 'professional ninja and pizza eater' on Twitter, plays Norse warrior maiden Sif in Thor and Thor 2, and spends most of the films in battle armour.

She tweeted: 'Had an AMAZING time at the Thor 2 premiere tonight. So great seeing all our awesome fans! :)'
