Ross Kemp has tweeted a sweet photo of his newborn twin girls, pictured with their glowing mother Renee O'Brien
In the post, the 53 year old English actor, who rose to fame playing the character Grant Mitchell on Eastenders, also announced that his wife Renee, who is a lawyer, and the girls were "doing well", and revealed their gorgeous names: Ava and Kitty.
"Mum, Ava and Kitty doing well! Dad overjoyed. Thanks to all at the hospital!"
Fans rushed in to congratulate the couple, with one commenting on their luck in having twins: "Two for the price of one,if only...Congratulations all round."

Another praised the couple's choice of names for the girls, while warning of the "sleepless nights" ahead!
"Congratulations! Mummy to boy/girl twins here 👋🏻 it's hard! But so worth every sleepless night ❤️ they are so beautiful. love the names."
Ross also shared a selfie with Lawrence Impey, the leading gynaecologist who delivered the baby girls.
He captioned it: "'BIG THANKS to Lawrence Impey and his team. Very happy Dad again!"
The couple, who married in 2012, already have a son who was born in 2015. They live in Berkshire together, along with a Golden Retriever, Bruno.
Ross also has a son from his previous relationship with Nicole Coleman, his former makeup artist - making the twin girls his third and fourth children.
We are made up for the happy couple and wish them luck as they embark on looking after the twins.
