Robbie Williams has revealed that he is set to star in a new reality TV show alongside his wife Ayda Field and mother-in-law Gwen.
Robbie has a close relationship with Gwen and often shares hilarious videos of their family on Instagram, which have apparently caught the eye of TV execs who want the family to star in a reality show in the style of Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne.
“There’s something in the making,” Robbie told The Sun.
“There’s a format there, it’s just making sure it’s the right one and the right show. “Trust me, it will happen – that’s a show I want to watch on TV,” he added.
Ayda’s mum Gwen divides her time between the couple’s Los Angeles and London homes and helps to look after their children Teddy, 5, and Charlie, 3.
“Plans are currently in place to make sure the show gets picked up by the right channel. It has all the ingredients to be one of the most entertaining reality TV programmes,” a TV insider told The Sun.
“Together Ayda and Gwen are a hilarious double act and bounce off each other.
“Gwen has been featuring more regularly in Ayda and Robbie’s Instagram posts and swiftly garnered something of a cult following with fans.
“Gwen spends a lot of time with Rob and Ayda and practically lives with them as they rely on her a lot. The idea is for them to do a fly-on-the-wall show, with an occasional cameo from Rob.”

It looks like we could be seeing a lot of Robbie on our screens as he’s also thought to be in talks with Simon Cowell for a place on the X Factor judging panel.
“Robbie has always been Simon’s dream signing. Now it appears he’s finally going to get his man,” a source told The Sun.
“Over the past 12 months they’ve become close, as have their wives who are also pals. There’s a deal on the table and Robbie is keen to do it. The hope is that the deal is days away from being signed and announced."
It’s thought that Robbie would replace Louis Walsh, who recently announced that he is leaving the show after 13 years as a judge.
