Taking to his Instagram page on Sunday, Rob posted a still from the film where character Amy Dunne - who plays a ‘psycho wife’ - has just killed a man and is left drenched in his blood.
Accompanying the image, Rob writer: ‘This is my sister kim , the b**** from Gone Girl,,,’
It is still unclear whether this was a genuine post from Rob, or if his account was hacked by an outsider. All of his other posts on the site have since been deleted.
Kim and Rob were said to have fallen out last year when he didn’t attend his sister’s nuptials in Italy. Meanwhile the rest of the Kardashian clan have opened up about their concerns over their brother’s wellbeing.
‘Over the last year, Rob has become very introverted and has a kind of social anxiety’ Khloe told WonderWall.
‘He’s definitely not at his happiest place that he once was.’
In Gone Girl, character Amy Dunne plays a ‘psychotic wife’ who stages her own kidnapping and murder to frame her husband. In the still Rob used, Amy had just killed her ex boyfriend before returning home to her husband.
