Rita Ora is sticking to her word after her promise to get fit and healthy by drinking vegetable juice, attending the world's toughest fat camp and boxing with none other than David Haye.

The ‘Hot Right Now’ singer paid a visit to the former heavyweight world champion’s London gym on Wednesday.

In a series of snaps from both Rita and David’s Instagram accounts, the 22-year-old singer appears to be quite the sparring partner, grimacing her face she packed a punch with ‘Haymaker’ Haye.

David later uploaded a video to his Instagram account and said:

‘'I'm David Haye, aka the Hayemaker and I'm here with my new sparring partner. Gonna check her out and test her out. This is Rita Ora, let's see what you've got, girl.'

The 32-year-old sportsman was clearly impressed by Rita’s strength, later tweeting: ‘'Great fun today at the Hayemaker Gym training with the very fit & lovely @RitaOra.'

Last month Rita tweeted that LA had made her want to be healthy, and judging by her washboard abs, shown off in a grey Nike crop top and sky blue form-fitting leggings, her new training regime seems to have been producing impressive results.

Rita hasn’t always been so confident when it comes to flaunting her figure. In an interview with a teen magazine earlier this year, she admitted:

‘There was a point in school when I was, like, 13, that I didn’t feel comfortable at all. I matured more quickly than the other girls; I had bigger breasts and a bigger bum - and I hated it. I would get extra-tight leotards for my dance classes [to flatten me] because I was really ashamed of my body.”

But the star soon embraced her curves thanks to the likes of Beyonce:

“At one point, I just woke up, like, 'I love my boobs, I love my skin, I love myself. And I'm going to get a leotard that actually fits because I can't breathe!'"

Rita is often papped in her gym gear and stays trim by sipping on vitamin rich fresh vegetable juice. Earlier this year, she attended what’s known as the world’s toughest fat camp in Austria, the Viva Mayr clinic.

During her stay she is said to have taken regular doses of diuretic Epsom salts and magnesium powder alongside meals consisting of boiled potatoes and broths.

The singer was also made to chew food a minimum of 30 times per mouthful, and to drink three litres of filtered water at 7am.

At £1500 a night, we won’t be checking in just yet…
