With the first X Factor auditions edging closer and closer, speculation is mounting over who will join show boss Simon Cowell on this year’s judging panel.
Following the announcement that X Factor veteran Louis Walsh will no longer be on the panel, fans have been left wondering who will replace him on the panel.
Along with Louis’ departure, Mel B’s future on the show is also uncertain.
Now reports claim that pop star Rita Ora could be quitting BBC’s The Voice in order to take a seat on the country’s most famous talent show judging panel.
With the alleged signing of Radio 1’s Nick Grimshaw, the presenter’s pal is allegedly a top choice for producers.
A source told The Sun: “Re-signing Cheryl (Cole) and getting Grimmy changed everything.
"Rita really wants to be on that panel now, so it's a matter of making the logistics work. There's a lot of work though.
"Show bosses are keeping options open in case Rita is unable to sign."
