The reality star has made some controversial fashion choices for her 15-month-old daughter, but North West’s latest outfit has divided parents and fashionistas alike.
The famous toddler was pictured wearing a leather skirt (from Kim's Kardashian Kids collection) and black boots along with a 'Yeezus' t-shirt.
Wearing her new outfit, North toddled hand-in-hand with mum Kim Kardashian, 33, as she arrived at Balenciaga’s catwalk show in Paris.
Kim and husband Kanye West sat front row with daughter North West on their laps at the star-studded fashion event.
Luckily, North appeared to be on perfect behaviour during the catwalk show.
Kim’s younger sister Khloe Kardashian appeared to endorse North’s more mature look, sharing a photo of the youngster on Instagram with the caption: "Baby girl reppin her mommy and daddy today in @KardashianKids leatherette leggings+skirt and her Yeezus tee! #NW."
Not everybody agreed, with some fans taking to social media to express their opinions about Kim’s ideas on baby fashion.
An angry fan commented under Khloe's picture: "Awful!! there are such cute kids outfits out there...why "celebrities" dress their kids like adults at such a young age is beyond me!!"
One Twitter user wrote: “Who puts a baby in a leather skirt?”
Another fan commented on Instagram: "Weird outfit for a baby" whilst another follower commented: "What ever happened to sandals or lil balleerina shoes(sic)."
Kim and Kanye sparked controversy earlier this year when North was pictured sporting expensive diamond earrings, reigniting the debate amongst parents about whether or not babies and toddlers should have their ears pierced.
