After all the drama of the infamous Wagatha Christie trial last year, a new WAG battle has broken out between Rebekah Vardy and, this time, Kyle Walker’s wife Annie Kilner – after Kyle was alleged to have kissed, fondled and flashed a woman during a drunken night out.
Kyle, 32, had been out partying in Manchester when he allegedly exposed himself to a woman and as Closer went to press, reports claimed the police were investigating the incident.
Meanwhile a drama between WAGs Rebekah, 41, and Annie, 30, erupted when Annie reportedly took a post by Rebekah – which read “The gift that keeps on giving” – as a jibe at her, with sources saying she’d been left “furious”.
But Rebekah – who married Jamie Vardy in 2016 – launched an explosive rant at Annie, writing, “Funny isn’t it that it’s my name she wants to use rather than the people actually laughing at her for being a doormat! Art of deflection to a T… Great at playing the victim is our Annie. I think she needs to focus with what’s going on in her own life instead of trying to attack me.”
Rebekah signed off the post – which was accompanied by the song Smooth Criminal by Michael Jackson, featuring the line “Annie, are you OK?” – by revealing that she’d been blocked by Annie, adding to the comments, “She’s obsessed.”
It’s not the first time Kyle and Annie – who share children Roman, 11, Riann, seven, and Reign, six – have faced difficulties. During lockdown, Kyle found himself embroiled in a lockdown sex party scandal, before fathering son Kairo in 2021 with Lauryn Goodman, 32, after a short-lived romance.
And Rebekah has also faced her fair share of drama. Last year, she lost a multimillion-pound legal case against Coleen Rooney when she attempted to sue her for libel, after Coleen accused her of leaking stories.
