Sources have told a website that Amanda was a ‘nightmare’ at the Ritz Carlton hotel in New York from the moment she entered the hotel. It is said that she tried to use chemical sprays to hide the smell of weed coming from her room.

In addition, Amanda verbally attacked the hotel receptionist saying that she was ‘too ugly’ to check her in, resulting in the star being asked to leave.

It has been reported that Amanda then offered the distraught woman contacts for a plastic surgeon.

The rude insult follows an attack on Rihanna earlier this year, where Bynes branded the singer as ‘not pretty enough’ and also Barack and Michelle Obama who were described as ‘ugly’.

Bynes has also criticised her own mother, sister Jillian and father over the course of the year.

Amanda has since denied the claims, telling the website that she left of her own accord.

The ex-Disney actress was forced to move out of her home in February after the building’s management reportedly threatened to evict her.

Her strange behavior over the course of the year includes using her dog as a paparazzi shield, wearing brightly coloured wigs, allegedly throwing a bong out of a hotel window and uploading provocative pictures to Twitter.
