But Rachel chose not to share ANY details about her newborn - until now!
In an interview with OK! Magazine, Rachel revealed that she had given birth to a baby girl, and that she and Josh had named her Lilian Oluremi Adedeji-Finegan.
Husband Jason said: "My late nan was called Lillian and we both really liked the name."
N'aww!
But things haven't been plain sailing for Rachel, who plays Lisa Loveday in Hollyoaks.
She also confessed that she'd suffered from pre-eclampsia - the same dangerous condition as Kim Kardashian - which meant that her blood pressure was abnormally high.
She told the publication: "The pain completely goes from zero to a hundred in about a minute.
"Because her heart rate kept dropping as my blood pressure kept increasing, they said they needed to get her out as soon as possible.
"The hospital were so phenomenal. They were so calm. Because of the diamorphine, I was so tired and I wasn’t pushing hard enough. So they had to give me an episiotomy and use a ventouse suction cup."
Wow - well done for getting through that, Rachel!
After the traumatic birth, Rachel revealed that she had also been experiencing the "baby blues", and said: "In terms of the aftermath, they say it’s the best thing ever, which it is, but then you start to worry about everything.
"No-one told me about the baby blues. No-one told me about how hard breastfeeding actually is."
She added: "The struggle is so real and I think people try to paint it as perfect; I’d rather people just be honest about it.
"You’ve made this amazing human and you want the best for them, so you will cry and you might feel a bit sad but it’s okay, because it will eventually go.
"I think if you don’t talk about it, that’s what could lead to postnatal depression."
Well done for being so honest, Rach!
