During an appearance on Loose Women, she broke down in tears and revealed she'd had a terrifying emergency visit to hospital.
Speaking on the ITV show, Steph – who is four and a half months pregnant – revealed she'd been rushed to hospital with pains and initially thought she was going into early labour.
Thankfully she revealed everything was "all fine," but she was being monitored by doctors. She later cried on screen when she thanked her mum, Pauline, for her support over the past few turbulent months.
In another blow, last week TOWIE's Megan McKenna took aim at Steph, accusing her of "cashing in from bad-mouthing" Jeremy.
Megan, 23, who appeared alongside the former couple in the Celebrity Big Brother house in January, said in her magazine column: "Everyone's feeling sorry for Steph because she's pregnant and putting on the waterworks, but I don't agree with bringing up a baby in a toxic relationship."
And now sources close to Steph, 23, say she is furious with Megan for bringing up all her past drama.
A source says: "Steph can't believe that Megan would say something this bitchy. She was totally blindsided by the comments, and it makes her suspicious of her motives."
