Natasha Hamilton, 31, and partner 5ive's Ritchie Neville appeared on the Lorraine show today to talk about their surprise pregnancy.
The pair recently announced that they are expecting a child together, which will be Hamilton's fourth and Neville's first.
And, speaking honestly, Natasha admitted to Kate Garraway that they weren't expecting to have a baby together.
Health issues - including a ruptured cyst in her ovaries - had led the Big Reunion star to believe that she couldn't have anymore children.
"I had a lot of health issues last year with my ovaries and ended up in hospital.
"I was really poorly, I had a ruptured cyst and lots of pain and complications, so the doctor spoke to me and said I may have to have my ovaries removed at some point, which was quite a shock.

"In my head, I thought maybe that's why I had children young because in later life I was going to have health issues.
"It was just not on the radar, we weren't planning a baby, and then when Rich was in Austria in January we had a little cuddle…"
Ritchie said that he had a sixth sense that she was pregnant, saying: "I've got a little theory because I leant in [to kiss her] and I said, 'Have you used any baby lotion or something?' and she said, 'No, why would I use that?'
"And I said, 'Just in here [Natasha's neck] you smell like newborn babies' and she looked at me, and I looked at her, and said 'You're not, are you? You couldn't be [pregnant]?', and turned out she was."
The duo were over the moon by their baby news, which they've called a "life-changer" for them.
And Natasha added with a smile: "It's beautiful to see how excited he [Ritchie] is. We're just really, really happy. We can't wait."
Natasha and Ritchie have been friends since they were teenagers, starting up a romantic relationship for the first time last year when they met on The Big Reunion.
