The model and actress confirmed her pregnancy earlier this month, but it turns out that mum-to-be Helen has been suffering from morning sickness for months.

The former Coronation Street actress tweeted a meme from the film Elf, reading: "I love morning sickness! Nausea is my favourite!"

Helen also wrote: "This has been me for the past few months. Oh and constantly” along side tired-faced emojis.

She then added: "Tired and sick #betterdaytommorow #sleep xxx".

Last week, Helen, 24, revealed that she is expecting her first baby with footballer boyfriend Scott Sinclair, 25.

She wrote on Twitter: "Me and Scott are expecting our first baby in the summer. We are both so happy and so excited xxx"

The star, who had previously been keeping a low profile, the stepped out in Dubai, showing off her growing baby bump.
