E! News are reporting that the couple were pictured leaving LAX airport with Halle's daughter Nahla, headed for the secret location.
The pregnant James Bond actress, 46, admitted recently that she’d made a U-turn on the idea of marriage, saying: 'I swore it off, right? Never say never, people!’
Halle met Olivier, 47, in 2010 on the set of the film Dark Tide, which they were filming in South Africa's Cape Town.
At the time, the American beauty had just come out of a relationship with Canadian model Gabriel Aubry, 37, with whom she had a daughter, Nahla.
Speaking of the break up, Berry said: 'You realize you are not meant to go the distance with everybody. I'm not done with love, but I refuse to settle. I am a hopeless romantic. And I won't stop till I get it right'
And the right guy came around sooner than anticipated, with Halle and Olivier embarking on their relationship after working together on the film. By 2012 they were engaged and in April 2013 they announced they were expecting their first child together.
But it hasn't always been smooth sailing for the pair. Olivier and Gabriel made headlines in November 2012, as a custody dispute over Halle wanting to move daughter Nahla to Olivier's native France escalated into a full on brawl between the two. They were both hospitalised and later obtained restraining orders against each other.
Berry has been married twice before, to baseball player David Justice in 1993, which lasted three years, and then to singer-songwriter Eric Benet in 2001. This marriage was no to last however, and the pair were separated by October 2003.
