The 35-year-old then allowed her baby bump to take a selfie next to her husband, actor Chris O’Dowd.
Earlier this year, the outspoken novelist described how her attitude towards her body had changed during her pregnancy.
She said:"'I'm pretty happy... In a perfect world I would have a more toned stomach but, hey, this isn't a perfect world! If I had a magic wand I'd change loads, but none of it keeps me up at night."
Dawn announced her pregnancy earlier this year when she took on the famous 2014 ice-bucket challenge, pouring the water over her growing baby bump instead of her head!
The baby will be Dawn and husband Chris’s first child together two years after their 2012 wedding.
By the looks of Dawn’s baby bump, it doesn’t look like the couple have to wait long until they meet their new family member!
