Fans were delighted for Chrissy Teigen and husband John Legend after they announced they are expecting their first child. The couple had been trying to get pregnant for ten years.
Taking to Twitter, 29-year-old model Chrissy revealed that she’s been craving pizza for breakfast.
She wrote: “I have come to realise that at some point in the day, I will order and consume a pizza so it might as well be in the morning.”
Chrissy added: “I am so excited I could barf 4-5 times a day.”
The mum-to-be announced her much longed for pregnancy earlier this week in a touching Instgram post.
In the candid shot, John is gently touching Chrissy’s stomach as she beams with happiness.
She wrote alongside the snap: “John and I are so happy to announce that we are pregnant :).
“As many of you know, we've been trying to have a baby for a while now.
“It hasn't been easy, but we kept trying because we can't wait to bring our first child into the world and grow our family.
“We're so excited that it's finally happening. Thank you for all your love and well wishes. I look forward to all the belly touching! Xx.”
Chrissy married 39-year-old John in 2013 during a romantic Italian ceremony in Lake Como.
The pair have been trying for children for several years, with Chrissy telling Tyra Banks in an interview earlier this year: “I will say honestly John and I were having trouble. We would have had kids five, six years ago if it happened.
“But my gosh it's been a process.”
