Cara Kilbey is now 26 weeks pregnant and has been keeping fans updated with pictures of her blossoming bump.
However the 25-year-old, who announced her pregnancy in Closer last month, worried her fans after sharing a picture of herself on a drip from a hospital bed yesterday.
Cara revealed in the caption that what she thought had been a kidney infection, turned out to be kidney stones, describing it as ‘one of the most painful things ever’.
Sharing the snap on her Twitter and Instagram feed, the expectant mum wrote:
"Wasn't really the ideal way to spend my Tuesday and Wednesday night... But I'm back home and on the mend. Kidney Stones could quite possibly be up there as one of the most painful things ever..”.

The excited reality star has been keeping fans updated with her pregnancy progress, sharing pictures of her gorgeous bump.
And Cara’s little one already has a BFF waiting, in the form of Cara’s best friend and former co-star Billi Mucklow, who gave birth to baby boy Arlo in June.
