Billi, 26, excitedly shared the picture on Instagram, writing: “Can’t wait to cuddle and kiss my little Bubba!”

The former TOWIE star has kept fans updated on her pregnancy journey, sharing regular baby bump selfies.

Today Billi shared an adorable snap of her dog resting its head on her bump, writing: ‘My babies’.

She and West Ham United footballer Andy, 25, announced their engagement in November, with Andy popping the question during a romantic break to Rome.

Flashing her engagement ring on Instagram at the time, Billi said: “Last night the love of my life asked me to marry him – I’m so happy. You are my everything and I can’t wait to be your wife! #MrsCarroll [sic]”

But it seems now their family really is complete.

On Christmas day Andy uploaded a photo of him and Billi, writing: “Merry Christmas #OurLittlePudding”

While this is Billi’s first child, Andy already has two children, daughter Emily Rose, four, and two-year-old son Lucas.

Shortly after her own pregnancy news, Billi’s bestie and fellow former TOWIE star Cara Kilbey announced she was also having a baby, and both girls have gushed over getting to share the journey to motherhood together.
