Pixie Lott knows a thing or two about performance.
Not only is she a pop singer, West End pro, and former Strictly Come Dancing contestant, but the beautiful star also runs her own performing arts school at the weekends.
So her expertise is no doubt much appreciated amongst all the contestants on The Voice Kids.
Unfortunately, Pixie chose not to turn around for one particular singer on last night’s show, only to realise it was her OWN student!
While listening to contestant Erin’s version of McFly’s hit single It’s All About You alongside co-judges Danny Jones and Will.i.am, Pixie stayed put in her seat.
Clearly a fan of Erin’s version of his song, Danny promptly turned around, while Will also sat tight.
When Pixie finally got the chance to see Erin face-to-face, she looked flabbergasted.
Covering her face, she squealed, “Oh my gosh! I know you!
"I have a performing arts school that I run every Saturday and Erin goes there.”
Quick to defend her rogue decision, pretty Pixie said, "I thought it was amazing.
"The only reason I didn’t turn was because she picked Danny’s song and I thought ‘she’ll definitely pick Danny, she’s a McFly fan’.”
Good save, Pix!
