It has seven bedrooms, several reception areas, eight bathrooms and a retractable kitchen! The house even comes complete with an actual roof garden.
The house is spread over three storeys and there’s space for anything Bey, 33, Jay, 45, and three-year-old Blue Ivy could possibly need.
Before it was a ballet school the property was a church and comes complete with high ceilings and arched windows.
According to reports Beyonce’s sister Solange owns a boutique in the area and also lives part-time in the state.
Solange also got married nearby last year, so perhaps the area holds special meaning for the Knowles family.
