Arnold Schwarzenegger, better known as the Terminator and former Governor of California, has snapped a photo with his son still knocked out from anaesthesia post-surgery.
And he did it while shooting us his most sympathetic / hilariously-scrunchy frown, too.
Thankfully 20-year-old Patrick doesn't seem too offended by the photo, posting the picture up onto his own Twitter alongside the caption: "Successful surgery. Praying for fast recovery.
"Thanks @Schwarzenegger with this photo bomb while I was knocked out."
The photo has gone down a storm on Twitter, with plenty of people praising Arnie for the photobomb.
One said: "best pic of the month [sic]"
And another added: "literally so great hahah [sic]"
One decided to pay homage to Arnold Schwarzenegger's iconic Terminator role, quipping: "Don't worry, he'll be back… when you're awake."
