The petition comes just days after the singer was arrested for a suspected drink driving incident and for drag racing.
Justin was released on bail and flew to Panama, where he is said to be in crisis talks with this management.
The petition reads: ‘We the people of the United States feel that we are being wrongly represented in the world of pop culture.’
It then goes on to accuse the singer of ‘threatening the safety of our people" and acting as a ‘terrible influence on our nations youth.’
The arrest is just the latest in reports of bad behaviour on the singer’s part.
Police searched Justin’s house following an egging incident that caused over £20,000 worth of damage to a neighbour’s house.
He was also pictured leaving a brothel and vandalising property during a visit to South America last year.
Justin is currently in the States on a 0-1 visa, which is a non-immigrant visa for people with ‘extraordinary abilities.’
The petition only has to achieve 100,000 signatures within 30 days to prompt a response from the US government.
Justin's next court date has been scheduled for February 14, where he will find out if he has been formally charged.
