The Aussie singer was asked whether he would be taking part in CBB during a radio interview.

Pete, 40, said: “Celebrity Big Brother is one of those shows which a lot of people are glued to watching.

“I don’t know if I would set myself up for a fall being in that situation. I don’t know if I could cope.”

After appearing on I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here in 2004, Pete and his then-wife Katie Price featured in a number of reality shows documenting their lives.

After they split, Pete continued to make the fly-on-the-wall documentaries.

During the interview, Pete talked briefly about his time in the jungle, saying: “I’m a Celeb you’re in the jungle, you have trials to do to try and win food.

He also revealed he's taken paternity leave following the birth of his daughter Amelia

“There are some great reality shows out there but I think I’ve overdone them right now. You’re probably sick of me.”

Also during the interview, Pete revealed that he is currently on paternity leave after fiancée Emily Macdonagh gave birth to their daughter Amelia last month.

He said: “I have paternity leave for the next three weeks, after that it’ll be straight in the studio.”

Amelia is Emily’s first child and Pete’s third. He has a son, Junior, and a daughter, Princess Tiaamii from his marriage to Katie.
