The medical student, and her boyfriend Peter Andre, proudly showed off her growing tummy as they walked the red carpet at the annual event.
Emily, 23, wore a flattering dress, which just revealed her tummy, while Pete, 40, chose a black suit and pink shirt.
The couple looked happy as they posed together at The Dorchester Hotel.
Peter and Emily have been together for just over a year, and announced that recent graduate Emily was expecting their first child together in July.
They met through Emily’s surgeon father who operated on Peter to remove kidney stones in 2010.
Reality TV star Peter recently denied claims that he was planning to propose to mum-to-be Emily.
He already has two children from his marriage to model Katie Price- Junior, eight, and Princess Tiaamii, six.
Katie, 35, took to twitter in July to congratulate Peter and Emily, writing: “Genuine congratulations to Pete and Emily and I hope they are very happy together- kids excited xxx’.
But more recently it was reported that Katie feels hurt over Peter’s snub of the birth of her latest son Jett Riviera.
