Peter Andre is quite the proud father after his wife Emily MacDonagh gave birth to their first son together last week.
The 43-year-old Australian singer and his 27-year-old wife – who welcomed a daughter named Amelia in January 2014 – have not yet thought of a name for their son who was born last Tuesday - ir if they have they haven't told anybody yet!
And while Peter confesses his son is already markedly different from his two-year-old daughter, he reckons the new addition to his growing family could be a perfect ‘mini me’.
"It’s hard to tell who he looks like, but he does look different to how Amelia did when she was born," the star said.
"I think he looks more like me," he added.
Peter – who already has two children (son Junior, 11, and Princess, nine) from his previous marriage to Katie Price – says picking a name for his new child might take some time.
"We’re nowhere near choosing a name yet," he told New magazine.
"We have so many we like, but every time we go to set it, it doesn’t stick," he revealed.
"I love names like Oscar and Arthur but Emily’s not so keen."
Meanwhile, the Mysterious Girl singer says he might want to add even more children to his growing brood in time.
"When Amelia was born I thought maybe that was it. But she’s wonderful, so I felt we might have one or two more," Pete told Ok Magazine.
"We probably will have more kids. The family dynamic has become so wonderful since Amelia. I definitely think we’re going to have more, but I’ve got to ask Ems first!"
The arrival of the new son is happy news following reports of "a few problems" during the pregnancy.
In October, Emily was rushed to hospital after experiencing contractions – sparking fears the baby (who was actually due in December) would arrive even earlier than he eventually did.
However, Pete’s spokesperson Claire Powell added to OK! that that pregnancy went "smoothly", and said the family look perfect together.
"[Pete and Emily are] relieved that the baby is healthy and well," she told the magazine.
"Looking at them all together is like looking at a picture in a storybook," she continued.
"They are like this perfect couple with a perfect little family that you’d expect to see on a Christmas card… I’m just so happy for them," she gushed.
Ahead of the birth, Pete also told OK! that the naming process for his latest child could take a while – explaining that it was several weeks before he and Emily settled on a name for their daughter after she was born.
"With Amelia it took us nearly a month to choose a name," he explained.
"We couldn’t think of a name that suited her," he added.
One person who was beyond excited to meet the new arrival, however, was Amelia.
"It’s so cute," Pete explained before the birth.
"Mills will go and kiss her mummy’s tummy and say: 'Hurry up, come and play with me.'"
