The Mysterious Girl singer joined the Loose Women panel this summer. He told New! Magazine: "I'll be a roving reporter giving a man's point of view on many of the subjects."
He also recently announced that he is joining This Morning in September. Now he's confessed that he weighs his children.
Peter is a father of four. He has two children with his ex-wife Katie Price - Junior, 11, and Princess, nine. He also has Amelia, two and is currently expecting his second child with his wife Emily MacDonagh.
When the father-of-four appeared on the Loose Women panel yesterday (25 August) they were discussing whether you should weigh your children or not, because statistics show by the time children reach 10-years-old, one in three are overweight.
This led Peter to admit that he does weight his children. He said: "I am conscious of my kids weight but in a completely different way (than weighing his children because they may be gaining too much weight).
"I don't even know if I'm doing the right thing by weighing them but I weigh them because I want them to put on weight."
"I was very skinny as a kid (when I was Junior's age) and my mum was like 'eat, eat, eat, eat' and she said I ate loads, but when I see if my kids aren't eating a lot I get concerned and I'll keep trying to feed them."
He added: "I don't weigh them all the time, I do weigh them sometimes."
However, Peter revealed that he doesn't make it obvious to his kids that he weighs them: "I'm like, hey how cools this, let's see if you can get on the roller coaster ride, how much do you weigh, how tall are you?"
Former TOWIE star Fearne McCann also shared her opinion. She revealed that she would not weigh her children: "I'm not a parent but I probably wouldn't weigh my children because I think now in this generation, in this day and age, it is so much about body image.
"I think that if you're putting that into practice (by weighing them) that could then rub off on them when they get to an adult life.
"If you drill that into them 'get on the scales' then maybe they might be more focused on it later on in life."
She added even now she doesn't have scales in her house because her mum "didn't make it really a thing to weigh me and my sister".
