Conrad Hilton, 20, had to be restrained by five flight attendants on the British Airways flight, in which he accused the flight crew of "taking the peasants' side".
According to the criminal complaint filed on Monday, Paris Hilton's younger brother became aggressive soon after the plane took off, causing drink service to be delayed by 40 minutes and refusing to sit down.
“If you wanna square up to me bro, then bring it on and I will f****** fight you"
Witnesses claimed he was in a rage for almost the entirety of the 11-hour flight from London to Los Angeles, yelling: "I will f****** own anyone on this flight.
"They are f****** peasants."
He also allegedly screamed at the plane's co pilot: “If you wanna square up to me bro, then bring it on and I will f****** fight you."
At one point, Hilton apparently locked himself in the plane toilet, only for the smell of cannabis to begin seeping out.
After begin confronted by flight staff, he is said to have run to another toilet and begun smoking a second cigarette.
Hilton also is said to have threatened to kill several flight attendants and the co-pilot, as well as have them fired.
He allegedly said: "I could get you all fired in five minutes. I know your boss.
"My father will pay this out. He has done it before. Dad paid $300,000 last time."
After making several children cry, Hilton eventually fell asleep and was handcuffed to his seat for the final 90 minutes of flight.
According to documents obtained by TMZ, Hilton admitted to taking a sleeping pill before the flight and then bragged that he "buried" the flight attendants.
"I told all of them I could get all of their jobs taken away in less than 30 seconds."
Robert Shapiro, Hilton's attorney, claimed to TMZ that his client took a sleeping pill before the flight and 'wasn't himself'.
