The show, called Lindsay, will be shown on OWN, Oprah Winfrey’s network, and the talk show host is seen giving Lindsay a telling off in the trailer.
After Lindsay is criticised by staff for being late and unreliable, Oprah says: “This is exactly what everybody said would happen and I believed differently.
“My truth is that I want you to win, I really do. If that isn’t what you want, I’m OK with that. I’ll tell these guys to pack up and go away today. You need to cut the bulls*it, you really do.”
Lindsay replies: “I know that this is my last shot at doing what I love to do.”
The Mean Girls star recently praised Oprah, saying: “She’s become a really wonderful person to me. Between her and my mother, I think I’m good.
“I was at a point in my life when things were starting to turn around and change. So we [Lindsay and Oprah] thought it’d be good if people shared that with me and saw a different side to me which they haven’t really gotten to see.”
During filming for the show, Lindsay opens up about her battle to stay sober, saying: “There’s nothing left in having a drink for me. What’s left in that feeling? Nothing.
“There’s no party that I haven’t gone to, there’s no person that I haven’t hung out with. There’s no situation that I haven’t been exposed to.”
