Olympic gold medallist Laura Kenny gave birth to her first child on 23rd August this year and she's not only already back at the gym but is looking AMAZING!
The 25-year-old cyclist was always going to be in shape, what with her being a professional athlete and all that, but we can't believe how good she looks after only three weeks.
Taking to her Instagram account to share a picture of herself working on her core strength in clingy lycra work out kit, Laura was already looking toned and trim.
She captioned the image: "Went in our gym today for a bit of stretching/ body weight movement exercises. Could tell I haven't been in there for a while but feel much better for it even if I did miss the little man for the 30mins I was out there 🙄 #daddydaycare"
And her fans were quick to praise her for getting back in shape so soon.
One commented: "Did you really have a baby 3 weeks ago 😱 You're looking in fantastic shape"
While another wrote: "Looking amazing already!!!! "
Laura had managed to keep up an exercise regime while pregnant even sharing a shot of herself doing some weights with her blossoming bump back in June.
She's certainly an inspiration!
