**He’s one of Essex’s most eligible bachelors – but even Olly Murs isn’t looking forward to spending Valentine’s Day alone. **

Olly, 31, split from longterm girlfriend Francesca Thomas last year and it appears he hasn’t found anybody he wants to spend the romantic day with yet.

The X Factor host shared a snap on Instagram with the message: “Valentine’s Day blah blah blah drink.”

Cheeky singer Olly added: “Plans for Sunday… whose with me?!”

He and property manager Francesca, 26, split in September after three-years, and Olly later confessed their busy schedules drove them apart.

Olly told Weekend magazine: “You get to the point in a relationship where you have to decide what that next commitment stage is. We were both quite career-driven, so…”

Suggesting his reluctance to start a family could have played a part, Olly continued: “I do [want children], but I’m not ready for it yet. I want to become a dad when I’m not touring. I want to be there every day for that child. I’m not at that place right now.”

Following the break-up, speculation around his relationship with co-host Caroline Flack heated up.

Their will they/ won’t they nature and on-screen chemistry got many people thinking that, following 35-year-old Caroline’s split from boyfriend Jack Street, the loveable duo would get finally get together.

Caroline even admitted that her relationship with Olly is ‘not totally platonic’, but the Dear Darling hit maker has since insisted it’s never going to happen.

He said: “Me and Caroline have both said a thousand times it’s never going to happen. No. We always say we’re just mates and we genuinely are.”
